RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

2. Eligible Items
– Regular, in‑stock products purchased directly from ESHR.com may be returned or exchanged.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.

3. Non‑Returnable Items
– Pre‑order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
– Gift cards and clearance/final‑sale items.
– Custom or personalized items, unless faulty.

4. Return Procedure
a. Email kallum@eshr.com.au with:
• Your order number
• Item(s) you want to return or exchange
• Reason for return
b. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship according to the instructions provided.

5. Refunds
– Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection within 7 business days.
– Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

6. Exchanges
– To exchange for a different size or style, follow the same procedure and specify the exchange request in your initial email.
– Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Costs
– For non‑faulty returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– If your return is due to a fault, error, or shipping mistake on our part, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the return is inspected.

8. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods:
– Are not of acceptable quality
– Are not fit for the intended purpose
– Do not match their description or sample
These rights operate in addition to this Return Policy and cannot be excluded.
